ScriptBeam Terms

ScriptBeam is a tool for editing, importing, displaying scripts, and recording video while prompting. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms.

  1. You are responsible for having the rights to content you import, edit, read, record, or share, and for respecting copyright, privacy, publicity, and other third-party rights.
  2. Scripts are stored on your device and may sync through your private iCloud database. Apple Speech availability and accuracy vary by device, language, network, and installed system models. Check scripts, power, storage, and recording output before an important production.
  3. Nearby Remote may only control devices and productions you are authorized to use. Protect the pairing code and disconnect unused sessions in public environments.
  4. Before recording, obtain every consent required from the people involved and comply with applicable notice, privacy, publicity, location, and recording laws.
  5. The app cannot guarantee uninterrupted recognition, scrolling, sync, import, or recording in every environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses caused by devices, system services, networks, user actions, or third-party content. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
  6. Purchases, refunds, tax, and Family Sharing are handled by Apple. The 7-day full experience does not auto-renew. Monthly Pro renews at the price shown by Apple unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase. Purchases can be managed or restored through Apple and the app.
  7. Updates will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.

  1. 你应当对导入、编辑、朗读、录制和分享的内容拥有合法权利，并自行确保不侵犯版权、隐私、肖像权或其他第三方权利。
  2. 文稿默认保存在设备，并可通过私人 iCloud 数据库同步。Apple Speech 的准确性和可用性会受设备、语言、网络及系统模型影响。重要拍摄前请检查文稿、电量、存储和录制结果。
  3. 附近设备遥控仅可用于你有权控制的设备和现场。请妥善保管配对码，并断开不再使用的连接。
  4. 录音录像前，你必须取得依法所需的同意，并遵守适用的通知、隐私、肖像权、场地和录制规定。
  5. 本应用不能保证识别、滚动、同步、导入或录制在所有环境下始终不间断。依法不能排除的消费者权利不受影响。
  6. 购买、退款、税费和家庭共享由 Apple 处理。7 天完整体验不会自动续费；月度 Pro 会自动续订，除非在当前计费周期结束至少 24 小时前取消；永久 Pro 是一次性购买。
  7. 条款更新会标明新的生效日期，并在适用法律要求时说明重大变更。
